Material and construction
3 Panel Oak Rattan Arched Screen – Bulk Orders is built in our own 4,000 m² workshop in Shandong, China, from natural bamboo. The workshop has been running since 2014 and employs more than 300 weavers, so the panel surface, the frame and the hardware all come from one facility. Nothing in this unit is drop-shipped from a third party, which is why the sample you approve is the unit that ships.
Panel surfaces are woven or machined first, finished second, and mounted on the frame last. Hinges are steel and are chosen for repeated folding in commercial use. The finished unit is freestanding — no wall fixing, no installation kit, no installer on site.
Ordering to your specification
Every screen we make is produced to the buyer’s dimensions. Tell us the finished height and width, the number of panels, the hinge type and the finish, and we build to that. Standard configurations run from 3 to 6 panels, and non-standard panel counts are quoted on request.

Where this screen is specified
Hotels and serviced apartments use it to split open-plan suites and to dress lobby corners. Restaurants and cafes use it to create semi-private seating without building walls. Offices use it to break up co-working floors and to hide storage behind a decorative face. Retail stores use it as a movable backdrop that changes with the season. Homes buy it for the same reasons at smaller sizes.
For contract projects, tell us the installation environment — humidity, direct sun, public traffic — and we will recommend the construction that survives it rather than the one that only photographs well.
Quality control and documentation
Three checkpoints run on every order: incoming raw material, in-process inspection during weaving and assembly, and pre-shipment inspection on finished cartons. We arrange inspection and laboratory testing to whatever standard each buyer requires, and we issue the reports with the shipment.
Packing and freight
Screens ship folded or flat-packed per unit with corner protection. Carton dimensions and cube are confirmed before production starts so your freight quotation is based on real data rather than an estimate.
OEM and ODM program
We manufacture under our own models and under buyer brands. Send a drawing, a photo or a physical sample and we will reverse-engineer the construction, quote it, and flag anything that will not survive your market. Label, carton marking, barcode and inner packing are all part of the program.
How to get a quotation
The fastest quotation comes from four things: finished size, panel count, target quantity and destination port. With those we can return pricing, packing data and a sample lead time within one working day. If you are still at the concept stage, send the room photo and the look you want and we will propose two or three constructions at different price points.
