Hand-woven screens, made by 300+ weavers
Woven willow and wicker screens are the most decorative line we make, and the one that shows the workshop behind it. The webbing on these dividers is hand-woven in our own facility by more than 300 weavers, then mounted on timber frames and finished in our workshop. No two panels are identical, which is exactly what buyers in home decor and lifestyle retail want.
Because the weaving is manual, we can vary weave density, pattern and panel proportion for your order — the same frame can carry an open lattice or a tight weave.
Finishes we produce
- Natural willow — the raw material colour, lightly cleaned. The most requested finish and the easiest to sell as a natural product.
- White and off-white — for Scandinavian and coastal interiors, and for buyers who need a screen that keeps a room bright.
- Dark tones — smoked and stained finishes for contrast against light walls.
- Custom paint — matched to your colour reference for retail programmes.

Home decor and lifestyle retail, interior design showrooms, boutique hotels, photography studios and event styling. The hand-woven face is the selling point: it reads as craft in product photography and it differentiates a screen from the flat-panel imports that dominate the low end.
What to tell us before ordering
Finished size, panel count, finish and target quantity. For custom weaves, send a photo or a sample of the weave you want — our weavers can usually reproduce a pattern from a reference image.
Quality control
Incoming willow, in-process inspection during weaving and framing, and pre-shipment inspection on finished cartons. We arrange inspection and laboratory testing to whatever standard each buyer requires.
OEM and ODM
Buyer brands, custom sizes, custom finishes and custom packing are all standard. The hand-woven surface is also what makes this line suitable for limited-edition and designer programmes.
