Mixed-material room dividers are the answer when no single material delivers the look a buyer needs. Our mixed screens combine solid timber frames with woven willow or wicker panels, fabric inserts, metal hardware and carved elements in one unit — assembled in our own 4,000 m² workshop in Shandong, China.

This is our most project-driven category. Most orders start from a drawing, a photo or a physical sample rather than from a catalogue model.

Typical combinations

Timber frame with woven panel inserts — the most requested combination: architectural frame, decorative face.
Wood and fabric panels — solid sections for stability, upholstered sections for colour and acoustics.
Wood with metal hardware — industrial and contemporary interiors.
Carved and woven mixed panels — for statement pieces in hospitality and retail.

What we need from you

Finished height and width, panel count, the materials or finishes you want combined, target quantity and destination port. If you have a reference image, send it — most custom projects start that way. We will tell you which details are reproducible in our workshop and which need adjustment, before you commit to a sample.

MOQ and lead time

MOQ is 100 pcs per model for screens. Sampling takes about 7 days for a straightforward build and 10–14 days where tooling or a custom finish is involved. Bulk production runs 30–45 days after sample approval. Stock models ship in 10–15 days.

Quality control

Incoming material, in-process inspection during assembly, and pre-shipment inspection on finished cartons. We arrange inspection and laboratory testing to whatever standard each buyer requires.

OEM and ODM

Mixed-material screens are where our OEM program is most active: buyer drawings, buyer brands, buyer hardware specifications and buyer packing standards are all routine.
