Solid wood screens, built to your dimensions

Solid wood is the construction buyers choose when the screen has to look like furniture rather than a temporary partition. Our solid wood room dividers are built in our own 4,000 m² workshop in Shandong, China, from timber frames and panelled or carved surfaces, with steel hinges that hold alignment after years of folding.

Because we run our own CNC and joinery, we are not limited to a catalogue. Height, width, panel count, panel proportion, carving pattern and finish are all set by your order.

Two surface families

  • Carved panels — floral, lattice and geometric cut-outs routed into solid panels. The carving does the visual work, so these screens read as decorative even in a plain room. Common in living rooms, boutique retail and hotel suites.
  • Panelled and slatted frames — solid timber frames with recessed panels, slats or a mix of open and closed sections. Cleaner, more architectural, and easier to finish in a single colour for commercial interiors.

Freight and packing

Solid wood screens are the heaviest line we make, so packing is where the margin is won or lost. We flat-pack or fold-pack per unit, use corner protection and carton the panels individually where the carving needs it, and give you carton dimensions and cube for your freight quotation before production starts.

Quality control

Every order passes three checkpoints: incoming timber, in-process inspection during machining and assembly, and pre-shipment inspection on finished cartons. We arrange inspection and laboratory testing to whatever standard each buyer requires, and reports ship with the goods.

We build solid wood screens under buyer brands. Send a drawing, a photo or a sample and we will confirm what is reproducible in our workshop, quote it, and tell you honestly where a design detail will add cost without adding value.
